“A NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM” Free and fun family educational
entertainment at the MIRACLE OF AMERICA MUSEUM, 6:30 pm, Polson,
Mt. November 12th. Just one day after Veterans Day, the program
will be showing “America Over There”, original footage of America’s
involvement in WW1, the war to end all wars. A bonus will be the
musically talented Sylvie & Angelina Johnson in person entertaining
us with WW1 music. They are the 2015 Twin Fiddle champions at the
Montana State Fiddlers Contest. Their mother will share some
thoughts about her Great Uncle, Dr. Joseph Garry who was on the
Lusitania which was sunk by a German Submarine. This sinking caused
most apathetic Americans to get behind the war effort. The evening
will conclude with a tour of rare artifacts related to WW1 from the
museum’s military displays. Treats and donations are welcome.
